Say what? Yes, I know it sounds weird as hell but it actually works! Trust me! Yoga can help you lose fat and strengthen your core. It's also a great way to relax and sleep better, relieve stress, manage chronic pain, and stay in shape. Which all leads to less fat around your privates!

If you have never tried yoga before then take the time now to learn about the different types of yoga out there so that when it comes time for you to start practicing them on a regular basis it isn't so confusing or overwhelming for someone who has never done this before in their life!
